Our traditional CrossFit program is 'WOD' and is our most popular class. All athletes need to have completed our CrossFit fundamentals course to particplate in the class.

WOD is suitable for over 17's of all abilities with movements and loadings being adjusted to suit your current fitness level.

The class is a great way to get fitter, stronger and generally more athletic.

The class is 1 hour in duration and begins with a group warm-up, a strength or skill and then a conditioning workout. The workout will contain a mixture of gymnastics, barbell and full body functonal movements.

We offer a FREE taster class on a Thursday at 6:00pm or Saturday morning at 9:30am where you experience you first CrossFit class. You can register for your first taster class using the form below 'Sign Up for a Free Class'.
