Whether you are regular CrossFitter visiting town or looking to try our Hybrid classes without a full membership yet, come work out with us!
How it works
- Register online with your contact details.
- We’ll show you the schedule so you know when to arrive.
- Arrive a few minutes before and check-in digitally on our front desk.
- Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into class!
- Drop-In to our CrossFit class or one of our Hybrid classes!
Prerequisites
For CrossFit Class: A minimum of 1 month of CrossFit experience.
For Hybrid Class: No experience required.
